Refund policy

We are happy to issue a full refund of the purchase (minus shipping, handling or other service fees) upon receipt of the products within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be unused or be less than 1/3 used. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on overly used products. Customer is responsible for return shipping and we suggest return via trackable common carrier.

To return items, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to contact@better-notyounger.com with your order number, the items to be returned, and the tracking number for the shipment. If you like to include a brief explanation of the reason for your return, it will be appreciated.

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation via email. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.

If you have purchased a Better Not Younger product from a salon, spa, boutique, beauty supply store, or other participating retailer, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased, subject to the store's own return/exchange policy.
