What is the Better Rewards program?

Our Better Rewards program is a free loyalty program designed to reward loyal Better Not Younger customers like you. The program allows you to earn points for everyday activities like purchasing, following us on social media, referring us to your friends, and much more. Once you earn 500 points, you will automatically receive a $5 voucher that can be used for a future product purchase at better-notyounger.com. Activities that can earn you points and the rewards we offer can change at any time, so check back to see the latest!

How do I become a member of the Better Rewards program?

If you already have an account on better-notyounger.com, we have already signed you up (and credited you points based on past purchases). Just sign in to your existing account here to check your account status and number of points you have available.

If you do not already have an account with Better Not Younger, don't worry! Fill out the relevant information here to join the loyalty program.

Who is eligible to join the Better Rewards program?

Anyone 18 years of age or older who is a legal resident of the United States.

What do I get for being a Better Rewards program member?

Better Rewards program members will automatically earn points for qualified purchases and activities. Points can be redeemed for vouchers that can be used at www.better-notyounger.com. Voucher amounts depend on the number of points you collect: 500 Points - $5 voucher; 1,000 Points - $10 voucher; 2,000 Points - $20 voucher. In addition, you will also receive early access to new items and promotional offers, plus a birthday surprise, bonus point opportunities, and more! Points will expire after 365 days of inactivity in your account.

How can I earn points?

You can earn points in a number of ways, including purchasing products on better-notyounger.com, following us on our social media channels, referring to your friends and family and much more. This list is constantly changing, so to stay current on all of the activities that will allow you to earn points, be sure to check the EARN POINTS tab in your online Rewards page often. Purchases made using a site credit will not earn points.

How many points will I earn when making a purchase on better-notyounger.com?

You will automatically earn 5 points for every $1 spent on products at better-notyounger.com.

Are there opportunities to earn points besides purchasing products?

You can earn points for qualifying web-based activities, which include the following:

Complete your better-notyounger.com profile: 200 points (1 time only)
Follow Better Not Younger’s
Facebook page: 50 points (1 time only)
Follow @betternotyounger on Instagram: 50 points (1 time only)
Follow Better Not Younger on Pinterest: 50 points (1 time only)
Birthday Points: 500 points (Once per year)
Refer a friend: 250 points per referral (up to 10 referrals a year)

Do I have to make a purchase in order to redeem a voucher?

Yes, you must make a product purchase on better-notyounger.com in order to redeem your vouchers.

How do I receive my Birthday points?

To receive your Birthday points you will have to open the loyalty panel and go to the ‘Earn Points’ section, then go to the activity rule ‘Happy birthday’ and enter your birthday. Once the birthday rule is saved you will be given points on your next birthday. If you enter a wrong birthday, please reach out to our customer service at nicole@better-notyounger.com or by calling +1 (800) 406-3026 to amend it. You will only receive points for your Birthday once a year. Therefore, if you change your birthday and you have already been given points for your birthday you will not receive points again.

Can I transfer my points or rewards to another member?

Points and rewards cannot be transferred to another member.

What happens to my points if I return the product that I purchased and earned points for?

Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the points earned on the product purchase. For an exchange of equal value, the points balance will remain unchanged.

What happens to my Better Rewards if I return the item I purchased with points?

Items can be exchanged if in original condition within 30 days for a similar product for equal or lesser value as available following the standard return process for online or in store. If you prefer to return and not exchange the item purchased, your original payment type will be refunded, but your Better Reward points will not be reinstated and you will lose your Better Reward.

What is the difference between Better Not Younger marketing emails and Better Rewards emails?

Better Not Younger marketing emails provide you with the latest information regarding Better Not Younger products, promotions and official announcements. Better Rewards emails provide you with detailed transactional information regarding your Better Rewards account, for instance, confirm qualified activities, verify rewards, etc. Should you choose to opt out of Better Not Younger marketing emails but maintain an active Better Rewards account, you will continue to receive Better Rewards transactional emails such as points balance updates until you contact Customer Service and close your Better Rewards account.

How do I unsubscribe from Better Rewards emails?

As long as you are a part of the Better Rewards program, you will continue to receive transactional emails about your activity and updates regarding your Better Rewards account.

Is it possible for me to lose points?

You may lose points for returning item(s) from an order for which you initially received points. Points also expire after 12 months in which your account sees no points-earning activity.

Can I earn points for all Better Rewards activities on my mobile or tablet browser?

You can earn points for most web-based activities on a mobile device but you will need to disable 'private browsing' on your mobile browser. Check your mobile browser settings on your mobile device to ensure it will always accept cookies.

Do I have to be logged in to Better Rewards to receive points for my online purchases?

Yes. Once you complete a transaction on better-notyounger.com signed into your account, the check-out confirmation page will display how many points you've earned and those points will be added to your Better Rewards account balance when your items ship.

Do I get points for purchases at Better Not Younger retail partners

At this time points for the Better Rewards program are only available for product purchases made on better-notyounger.com but NOT for purchases made through any of our retail partners. Please check back for updates!

Do my points ever expire?

Yes, your redeemable points will expire if your account has no points-earning activity (that includes engagement and/or purchase activity) for a consecutive 12-month period.

Can I get points for past purchases?

No, points are only issued for purchases after the official launch of the program and once you have fully enrolled and opted in to the Better Rewards program online.

Are points awarded based on the original price or discounted price of what I purchase?

Points awarded are based on the actual price you paid for a product, not including taxes, shipping and handling charges and/or any other fees. A purchase of a gift card is not eligible for points earnings.

I don't want to be a part of the Better Rewards program any longer - how can I cancel my membership?

We're sorry to see you leave, but if you no longer want to be a part of the Better Rewards program please call our Customer Service team at +1 (800) 406-3026 (Mon to Fri 9 am to 5 pm ET) and they can assist you.

How do I track my point balance?

Log into your Better Rewards account online at better-notyounger.com and your current points balance will display in the bottom left of the screen. Select from the corresponding tabs in your member account pages to view recent activity, points earnings opportunities, current profile settings and other member- related items.

Why don't I see my points listed in History after I completed an activity or purchased product?

While most points will be added to your balance immediately after you have completed an action, some activities take longer to verify. For example, product purchase points are added once your item ships and item review points are added after your review is approved and posted to better-notyounger.com.

I didn't receive points for my recent shopping experience. How can I fix that?

Not a problem – we are happy to help! Simply call us at +1 (800) 406-3026 or email us at nicole@better-notyounger.com. Make sure to have your receipt available. As noted above, some engagement activities take longer to verify points earned, and for online purchases, points will not accrue until after a product has shipped, so there will be a delay.

I currently reside outside of the United States. Am I still able to participate in the Better Rewards program?

At this time, you must be a legal resident of the United States 18 years or older to participate in the program.
