FAQs

How often should I use Wake Up Call Volumizing Shampoo?

Your age, hormones, hair texture and activity level all affect how often you should wash your hair. While everyone’s shampooing schedule is different, for best results, we recommend you wash your hair two to three times a week with our Wake Up Call Volumizing Shampoo.

My hair strands seem to split and break so easily. Can Wake Up Call Volumizing Shampoo help?

It absolutely can. In fact, our third party clinical study determined that women who used Wake Up Call Volumizing Shampoo experienced over 95% less breakage. When combined with Wake Up Call Volumizing Conditioner, that percentage jumped to 98%.*

*Third party independent clinical performance testing. Individual results may vary.

How often should I use Wake Up Call Volumizing Conditioner?

For best results, we recommend you use Wake Up Call Volumizing Conditioner each time you shampoo your hair. On days you want to give your tresses a more restorative treatment, you can alternate with one of our Butter Masques.

My hair is super-fine and thinning. Will Wake Up Call Volumizing Conditioner weigh it down?

We created our Wake Up Call Volumizing Conditioner to be a weightless conditioning option for women over 40 with fine, thinning hair. It delivers all the volume and hydration your delicate tresses need to help create and maintain fullness while promoting beautiful lift and bounce.

How often should I use Hair Redemption Restorative Butter Masque?

We recommend you use our Hair Redemption Restorative Butter Masque 1-to-3 times a week, depending on your hair’s need. For more damaged tresses, our butter masque can be used each time you shower. When less repair is needed, you can alternate the butter masque with your regular conditioner.

Can I use Hair Redemption Restorative Butter Masque as an overnight deep treatment?

Absolutely! Our Hair Redemption Restorative Butter Masque makes a terrific deep-conditioning overnight treat for your tresses. Click here to read more about the benefits of using a deep condition overnight and to get our step-by-step guide for how to use our deep conditioning hair masque overnight.

Can I use Hair Redemption Restorative Butter Masque if I’ve already used a regular conditioner on my hair?

Everyone’s hair needs are different. If after using a conditioner, such as Wake Up Call or Second Chance, you still feel like your ends or mid-lengths need an extra boost of moisture, we recommend applying the butter sparingly in these areas. It’s best to avoid adding too much conditioner near the scalp.
