Better Not Younger Return-Refund Policy

At Better Not Younger, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

Eligibility Requirements

- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

- Only products purchased directly from better-notyounger.com are eligible.

- All refund and return requests are subject to review by our Customer Service team.

- We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of excessive product use or suspected misuse.

 

How to Request a Return

Important: Do not send any products back without first receiving confirmation and return instructions from our Customer Service team.

1. Contact Us First
Email contact@better-notyounger.com with:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you wish to return

- A brief explanation of the reason for your request (required)

- A clear photo of the product showing the issue (required, if applicable)

2. Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request and provide instructions if the return is approved.

3. Pack and Ship

- Securely package the product to avoid damage during shipping.

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

 

Refund Requests Without a Product Return

If you are requesting a refund without returning the product, please email contact@better-notyounger.com with:

- Your order number

- The item(s) in question

- A brief explanation of the reason for your request (required)

- A clear photo of the product showing the issue (required, if applicable)

Each request will be evaluated individually. Our Customer Service team will determine whether a refund can be issued without a return, based on the specific circumstances.

 

Refunds

If You Returned the Product:

- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

- We will contact you after the review to confirm whether the refund is approved.

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to your original form of payment.

- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If You Did Not Return the Product:

- If your refund is approved without a return, it will be processed within 2–3 business days after our confirmation.

- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Retail Store Purchases

If you purchased your Better Not Younger product at a salon, spa, boutique, or retail store, please reach out to the place of purchase directly to process your return according to their policies.
