— Thickening Spray: spray formula on damp hair at the roots where hair is thinning, comb through to evenly distribute and style as usual.
— Heat Protector: spritz onto damp or dry hair before heat styling or exposure to sun. Reapply as needed to soften hair, add back moisture and control frizz, static and flyaways.
— Hairspray: Shake well. Hold approximately 8-10 inches from head and spray on styled hair. For extra volume, spray on roots before styling or on hair flipped upside down.

I love the Lift me up spray. It really makes a difference when I blow dry and style my hair. The No resorse spary is great when I am styling my hair. I spray it on the ends and they are protected and do not frizz. The hair spray is great for lifting and gives me moderate hold. It is spring adn I live in a windy area. I did use regular hair spray on top of it for extra hold. I will buy again for my 60 year old hair!

I love the products, my hair has never looked better! However, the packaging is so bad I may not be able to use the product. 2 of the 4 pump bottles have pumps that don't work. The bottles with no pumps have such hard plastic, I can't squeeze the product out easily. The hairspray clogs with every use and is difficult to spray. I love the product but if I can't get it out of the packaging it is of no use to me. Very frustrating.

The hairspray was such a disappointment. It does not thicken anything - and doesn't even hold with average hold. Reminds me of the old 'white rain' hairspray - cheap and useless. Jury is still out on the other products. They seem to be pretty good so far.
